Mike Thackaberry is the President and CEO of Cedar Ridge Contracting Services (CRCS) in Florida and also serves as the President of McDonald Roofing in Michigan. With a highly accomplished career spanning sales, operations, and executive leadership, Mike brings valuable insight and hands-on expertise to every facet of the roofing industry. He excels at developing top-performing in-house installation crews and is a champion for operational excellence.

His experience on the roof and in the boardroom ensures he can drive meaningful change, foster innovation, and deliver high-quality results for clients and partners alike.
