Mike Thackaberry is the President and CEO of Cedar Ridge Contracting Services (CRCS) in Florida and also serves as the President of McDonald Roofing in Michigan. With a highly accomplished career spanning sales, operations, and executive leadership, Mike brings valuable insight and hands-on expertise to every facet of the roofing industry. He excels at developing top-performing in-house installation crews and is a champion for operational excellence.
Mike’s leadership is defined by his deep understanding of both market development and team growth. His experience on the roof and in the boardroom ensures he can drive meaningful change, foster innovation, and deliver high-quality results for clients and partners alike. His commitment to operational efficiency and his unique skill set make him a vital asset to CRCS as the company expands its impact across state of Florida.

Nick Newland, Chief Operating Officer, brings extensive hands-on experience in roofing project management and operations oversight. As a founding partner, Nick is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. He is known for his strong work ethic, direct involvement in project delivery, and proven ability to drive company growth.

Craig Dallas, Chief Revenue Officer, is a graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA in Business from The Fuqua School of Business. A seasoned business consultant and commercial roofing specialist with over three decades of experience, Craig has built a career leading roofing operations, technical project management, and strategic business development.
